Rental Inclusion
What a Sleeper Van Rental Includes
You are renting a finished vehicle, not a shell. Every sleeper van rental goes out with:
Six bunks, each with a mattress, bedding, a reading light, a storage pouch and a power outlet
A front lounge for everyone who is awake
A kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, sink and garbage bin
Air conditioning and a diesel heater
Onboard water and shore power
Full insurance and Roadside Coverage with AAA
A clean van, every time, and no mileage charges
Nobody here is the main customer. The same van goes out on a tour routing one week and a family reunion the next. If you are still sizing your party, our group van rental page walks through it.
Why Groups Book a Sleeper Van Rental in Nashville
A long trip usually forces a choice between three bad options. Drive through the night and everyone arrives wrecked.
Book a block of hotel rooms every time you stop and watch the nightly rate multiply by the headcount. Or split the trip into short days and hand two days back to a calendar you could not spare.
A sleeper van rental replaces all three. Whoever is not driving is asleep in a bunk while the miles go by, so the trip keeps moving, nobody is white-knuckling it at 3am, and you are not checking into anything.
On a multi-night trip with a full group, that is usually the cheaper answer as well as the easier one.
When is not fit
When a Sleeper Van Rental Is Not the Right Fit
We would rather tell you now than take the booking. Four people going three hours away should rent a passenger van and a hotel room, because it costs less and everyone sleeps better.
A trip where the group flies in and only needs local transport does not need beds. And if a bathroom on board is non-negotiable, this is not the vehicle, because there is no restroom and no shower in it.
A sleeper van rental earns its keep on long distances, tight schedules, and trips that end somewhere different every night.
Sleeper Van Rental Rates in Nashville, TN
Rates for the rest of the fleet are published on the fleet page. Pricing for this six-bunk sleeper van is not published, so email, text or call us for pricing and availability.
Whatever we quote plus Tennessee sales and rental tax is the total. There are no hidden fees underneath it and no mileage charge added at drop-off, so the figure you book against is the figure you pay.
Long Term Rental Discounts start at one month, with two- and three-month rates and sublease contract options past that.

Sleeper Van Rental Questions
Is a sleeper van rental cheaper than hotels?
Usually yes, on a trip with several nights and a decent headcount. Compare the day rate against rooms times people times nights with no mileage charge added, though a two-night trip for four is often a wash.
How many people can sleep in it?
Six, one per bunk, and the lounge is the awake space rather than a seventh bed. Larger groups pair it with one of our passenger vans.
What is the shortest rental?
One week on this six-bunk sleeper van, with no maximum. The rest of our fleet runs a three-day minimum, and Long Term Rental Discounts start at one month.
Can I drop it off somewhere else?
No, we do not do one-way rentals, so every van returns to 915 6th Ave South. We keep one to two free spots at the lot, first come, first served, if you need to leave a car while you are gone.
What happens if it breaks down?
All vehicles are covered by AAA, so call or text 615-336-7995 as soon as something feels wrong. Please do not attempt repairs yourself, and we will get you back on the road.
