Rental Inclusion
What's Included in Every Bunk Van Rental
in the van comes with:
- A memory foam mattress
- Sheets, a pillow and a blanket
- A reading light
- A storage pouch for a phone, glasses and headphones
- Its own power outlet
Bedding is included on every bunk van rental and the van is cleaned before you pick it up, so there is nothing to hire separately and nothing to wash before you hand it back.
Sleeping Six on a Nashville Bunk Van Rental
Six bunks means six people sleeping, one per bunk. The lounge up front is where the awake half of the group sits, eats and waits out a long stretch of interstate, and it is not a seventh bed.
Groups larger than six book a second van, so tell us your headcount early and we will tell you what is open.
The outlet at each bunk is the feature renters mention afterward. You charge overnight from your own bed rather than feeling around for a shared plug, and your phone is where you left it in the morning.
Who It Fits
Who Books a Bunk Van Rental in Nashville, TN
Touring acts and crews on overnight drives between dates. Church and mission groups covering distance on a budget that will not stretch to six hotel rooms a night.
Families driving cross-country. Corporate and event teams working consecutive cities.
The sleeping setup works the same way for all of them.
Still deciding whether a sleeping van suits your trip at all? Our sleeper van rental page works through that.

What Can You Expect
Privacy and Comfort on Our Bunk Van Rental
Each bunk is its own space with its own reading light, so one person can stay up without lighting the van for everyone else. A driver curtain separates the cab from the back, which keeps dash lights and oncoming headlights out of the sleeping area and gives whoever is driving some quiet.
We will be straight about the limit of that. This is a van, so you will hear the road and you will hear each other.
Renters who sleep best are the ones who packed earplugs and an eye mask.

- Booking & Pickup
- Booking takes a $100 deposit and a credit card on file.
- Our fleet runs a 3-day minimum, and the six-bunk van is the exception at a one-week minimum, with no maximum, on a first come, first served basis.
- On the Road
- There is no restroom and no shower on board, which is the one thing to plan around on an overnight leg.
- Drivers are named on the contract, and if you would like a backup driver added, get in touch before pickup on 615-336-7995 and we will take care of it.
- No pets, because of allergies, and no smoking of any kind.
- The van is fully insured and carries Roadside Coverage with AAA.
Everything we rent sits under our recreational vehicle rental agency.
Sleeper Van Rental Questions
Do I need to bring bedding?
No. Every bunk has a memory foam mattress, sheets, a pillow and a blanket, and the van is cleaned before every rental. Bring a towel, toiletries, a charger, and earplugs and an eye mask if you are a light sleeper.
Can I charge my phone in my bunk?
Yes. Every bunk has its own outlet, plus a reading light and a storage pouch. The lounge and kitchenette have power up front as well.
How wide is a bunk?
Each bunk is a single, sized for one adult, on a memory foam mattress. Nobody shares a bunk and nobody sleeps in the lounge, so a group of seven needs a second van.
Is there any privacy?
Each bunk is its own space with its own light, and a driver curtain separates the cab from the sleeping area. There are no doors or full partitions, so you will still hear road noise and each other.
Is there a bathroom on board?
No, and no shower either, because it is a Sprinter and not a Class A motorhome. Groups work restroom stops into fuel and food stops, and book a gym, truck stop or hotel day room when showers are needed.
